Return Form

At Pômesse Paris, we want every order to accompany you at the right moment. If a product does not fully meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, only products that are unopened, unused, unsealed, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging may be accepted. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, incomplete or whose packaging has been altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we have received your request, our team will send you the necessary information by email to arrange your return, as well as the document to include in your parcel. No return should be sent before receiving these instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have received your parcel and checked the condition of the products, we will refund the amount of the returned products, as well as any applicable initial delivery fees.
