1. Delivery Zones

We prepare and ship orders from France to the destinations available at the time of purchase, including mainland France, certain French overseas territories, the European Union, and certain non-European Union countries where logistics conditions allow.

The delivery zones actually available may vary depending on carriers and the logistical, regulatory or customs constraints applicable at the time of purchase.

For deliveries to certain French overseas territories, outside the European Union or to any destination subject to customs formalities, orders are shipped under the Incoterm® DAP — Delivered At Place.

This means that Pômesse Paris organises the shipment of the order to the address provided by the customer, but any customs duties, import taxes, dock dues, customs clearance fees, carrier administrative fees, banking fees or any other charges required by local authorities or service providers remain exclusively payable by the customer.

These costs are not included in the price paid on our site, do not depend on Pômesse Paris and cannot be refunded by Pômesse Paris.

In the event of refusal to pay import, customs or customs clearance fees resulting in the return of the parcel, any fees charged to Pômesse Paris by the carrier may be deducted from the amount refunded, within the limit of the sums actually incurred.


2. Delivery Methods

To allow you to choose the delivery option best suited to your needs, several delivery methods may be offered when placing your order, including La Poste — Colissimo or Chronopost —, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé or any other partner available at the time of purchase.

The available options and their prices are clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

For destinations subject to customs formalities, any duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the delivery costs displayed at checkout, unless expressly stated otherwise.


3. Preparation and Delivery Times

We take particular care in preparing each order.

Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, delivery generally takes between 1 and 4 working days in mainland France, depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination.

These timeframes are provided for information purposes only. Carriers are independent service providers, and their delivery conditions may occasionally vary.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after validation, unless a specific timeframe is indicated at the time of purchase. In the event of a delay attributable to Pômesse Paris, the customer may request cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.

Pômesse Paris uses independent carriers. In the event of a delay attributable exclusively to the carrier, Pômesse Paris will take all useful steps to enable delivery as soon as possible.

Delivery to Relay Points or Lockers

Where delivery is made to a pickup point or locker, the parcel must be collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.

If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it may be automatically returned to Pômesse Paris.

No free reshipment will be made in the event of an unclaimed parcel. A new shipment may only be made after payment of the corresponding reshipment costs.

Unclaimed parcels that are returned may be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs and any costs charged by the carrier for the return of the parcel.


4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow your parcel at each stage of its delivery.

In the event of loss of the parcel during transport, we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the solution provided, including reshipment or refund when the loss is confirmed.


5. Receipt of Package

We invite you to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.

If you notice any anomaly — damaged parcel, missing product, preparation error — please inform us within 48 hours at the following address: support@pomesse-paris.com

This timeframe allows us to process your request quickly, without affecting your legal rights.

In the event of a visibly damaged parcel, it is preferable to refuse delivery or to make precise reservations with the carrier.

Responsibility for the products is transferred to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, physically takes possession of the parcel.


6. Delivery Address

Please carefully check the address entered before confirming your order.

The delivery address can only be modified before the order has been shipped, by contacting our customer service team at: support@pomesse-paris.com

In the event of an error, incomplete address or incorrect address resulting in the return of the parcel, reshipment costs will remain payable by the customer.


7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If your order does not ultimately meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Your request may be made by any clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw, including by email to support@pomesse-paris.com or via the return form available on our site.

The link to this form is accessible from the footer of the site, under the heading “Request a return”.

Once the form has been completed, you may confirm your request using a dedicated button. After validation of the form, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by email. This acknowledgement will summarise the content of your request as well as its date and time of submission, which shall serve as proof that your request has been duly received by our team.

This acknowledgement of receipt only confirms receipt of your withdrawal request. It does not prejudge the condition of the returned products, which will be checked after receipt of the parcel.

How to make a return

To make a return, simply:

  1. complete the return form available on our site or write to us at support@pomesse-paris.com, indicating your order number;

  2. wait for the return instructions sent by our team;

  3. return the products concerned within 14 days following the sending of your withdrawal request.

No return should be shipped before receiving the instructions sent by our team.

Return costs remain payable by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

Return acceptance conditions

To ensure the quality, hygiene and safety of our products, only products that are unopened, unused, unsealed, complete, in perfect condition and returned in their original packaging may be accepted.

Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, incomplete, unsealed or whose packaging has been altered cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect.

Returns made under the right of withdrawal will be refunded. In the event of a defect or order error, a replacement may also be offered.

Refund

After receipt of the return parcel and verification of the condition of the products, Pômesse Paris will refund the eligible returned products.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

It will include, where applicable, the initial standard delivery costs, excluding any additional costs arising from the choice of a faster or specific delivery method.

The refund may be deferred until the returned products have been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the products.

Return costs remain payable by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, banking fees or any other charges paid by the customer in connection with an international delivery or a delivery subject to customs formalities are not refunded by Pômesse Paris.


9. Used Products - Exceptions to the Right of Return

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products that have been unsealed, opened or used after delivery cannot be returned, except in the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect.


10. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is defective or does not match your order, please contact our customer service team at support@pomesse-paris.com, including your order number and one or more photos of the product concerned.

We will quickly offer you the most appropriate solution: replacement, reshipment or refund.


11. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the applicable legal warranties, including:

  • the legal warranty of conformity;

  • the warranty against hidden defects.

These warranties apply independently of our commercial return policy.

For international deliveries, customs duties, local taxes, or additional banking fees may be applied by the destination country authorities. These possible fees are the client's responsibility and are independent of PÔMESSE PARIS.

Once shipped, delivery occurs on average within 1 to 4 business days in mainland France, depending on the chosen method and destination. These times are indicative, as carriers are independent contractors whose delivery conditions may occasionally vary.

In accordance with regulations, the order is delivered within a maximum period of 30 days after confirmation. In case of delay attributable to PÔMESSE PARIS, you can request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code - Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the Consumer Code.

PÔMESSE PARIS uses independent carriers. The indicated times are given as a guide. In case of delay attributable solely to the carrier, PÔMESSE PARIS will take all useful measures to enable delivery as soon as possible.

Delivery to Relay Points or Lockers

When delivery is made to a relay point or locker, the package generally needs to be collected within 5 calendar days. After this period, the carrier may automatically return the package to us. No free reshipment can be made. A new shipment can only be made after payment of the corresponding fees.



4. Order Tracking

Upon shipping, you receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow your package at each stage of its journey.
In case of loss of the package during transport, we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the solution provided (reshipment or refund when the loss is confirmed).


5. Receipt of Package

We invite you to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
If you notice an anomaly (damaged package, missing product, or error), please inform us within 48 hours at the following address:

This period allows for the rapid processing of your request without questioning your legal guarantees.

The responsibility for the products is transferred to the client at the time they physically take possession of the package.

In case of a visibly damaged package, it is preferable to refuse the delivery or make specific reservations with the carrier.


Unclaimed packages then returned will be refunded, excluding shipping and return fees charged by the carrier.



6. Delivery Address

We thank you for carefully checking the address provided before confirming your order. Modification is only possible before shipment.


In case of an error leading to the return of the package, where the address provided by the client is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping fees will remain their responsibility.

As long as the order has not been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service: support@pomesse-paris.com



7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If your order does not ultimately meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days after receipt to change your mind, without having to justify yourself.

How to Return an Item

Simply:

  1. write to us at support@pomesse-paris.com indicating your order number

  2. wait for return instructions

  3. return the products within 14 days of your request

Your request can be made by any clear statement expressing your desire to withdraw.

Acceptance Conditions

To ensure product quality and safety, items must be returned unopened, unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in perfect resale condition.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Returns under the right of withdrawal will be refunded. In case of defect or order error, a replacement may also be offered.



8. Refund

The refund is made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the return (or proof of shipping).
It is executed via the initial payment method and includes the initial standard delivery fees, excluding any additional costs related to choosing a faster delivery method.



9. Used Products - Exceptions to the Right of Return

For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned, except in cases of non-conformity or hidden defects.



10. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is defective or does not match your order, simply contact our customer service by attaching a photo and your order number. We will promptly propose the most appropriate solution: replacement or refund.


11. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)

  • the guarantee against hidden defects
